CREATING YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES AND APPRENTICESHIPS
Hammer Heads is a 12 week comprehensive skills development program that introduces youth to several different construction trades while developing skills important to successful long lasting careers in construction. The program is comprised of safety training, hands-on skills development, mentoring and coaching and represents a life-changing journey for our participants.
TRAINING THE RIGHT WAY
The COBT utilizes the experience and training facilities of its 25 affiliated construction trades. These provide the highest quality training and skill development specific to their construction sector with a focus on health and safety.
