The Cooking & Wellness for Independence (summer) program is an intensive four day educational training program for youth between 15 and 26 years of age. This program is specifically for youth who are interested in developing culinary skills, improving their physical, mental and emotional health.  In a structured learning environment youth will participate in a variety of activities which hope to promote independence and wellbeing.

The LGBTQ Youth Initiative is looking to support initiatives, activities, and/or projects by and for LGBTQ youth in Toronto. Some examples of activities include making something (such as a video, pamphlet, comic, or poster), facilitating a workshop, hosting a discussion, organizing an event, planning an action, etc. It can be anything that supports LGBTQ youth!

Frontlines is offering a free 8-week, culinary skills training program for youth ages 18-29. The program involves hands-on experience in the kitchen, baking, cooking, menu planning, and budgeting. Upon completion, students receive Safe Food Handler’s certificate, Smart Serve, etc.
